Key Responsibilities:
Production & Manufacturing Management Supply Chain & Raw Material Sourcing Logistics & Distribution Quality Assurance & Compliance Operational Systems & Improvement Financial & Cost Control Support
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or agro-processing. Experience in renewable energy, FMCG, or industrial production is an advantage. Experience in startups or resource-constrained environments preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent operational planning and execution. Strong problem-solving ability.
