What to expect

The Marketing & Communication team consists of one Marketing & Communication Manager, Marketing Coordinator and a Social Media & Content Marketeer. The team is responsible for the internal and external communication channels within the Hotel, restaurants and bars, cooking studio, Nagomi Spa & Health and Banquet facilities.

Working days are from Monday to Friday from 09:00-17:00. It is possible to work on your thesis or any assigned school tasks once a week.

As a Marketing & Communications Trainee you will be responsible together with our Marketing and Communications department, for the internal and external communication of Hotel Okura Amsterdam. You will design and apply tasks concerning internal and external communication. You will handle assignments for collaborations or reports within the hotel such as external parties or bloggers. You will write memo's for internal communication, spread social media posts and write text for websites or articles. You will assist in constructing monthly reports and provide press tours within the Hotel.
