职位简介 / Role Summary
岗位 / Position: 管理培训生（营运方向） / Management Trainee (Operations)
通过前厅、后厨协调及门店营运轮岗，培养为值班经理、店长及营运经理。 / Rotate through front-of-house, kitchen coordination and outlet operations, with a development path towards Duty Manager, Store Manager and Operations Manager roles.
主要职责 / Key Responsibilities
- 轮岗学习开店、营业和闭店流程 / Rotate through opening, trading and closing routines
- 协助排班、培训、库存、现金和营运记录 / Support rostering, training, inventory, cash and operating records
- 在高峰期支援前厅工位并协调后厨出品 / Support front-of-house stations and coordinate kitchen output during peak periods
- 跟进顾客反馈、服务标准和现场问题 / Follow up customer feedback, service standards and on-floor issues
- 完成阶段培训及岗位能力考核 / Complete structured training and role-based assessments
任职要求 / Requirements
- 工作经验 / Experience: 欢迎应届毕业生；有餐饮、烘焙、零售、酒店或实习经验者优先。 / Fresh graduates are welcome; F&B, bakery, retail, hospitality or internship experience is preferred.
- 学历 / Education: Diploma / 大专或同等学历
- 沟通能力 / Communication: 能够清楚进行日常工作沟通、顾客服务、团队协调及营运汇报。 / Able to communicate clearly in daily operations, customer service, team coordination and operational reporting.
- 其他要求 / Other Requirements: 学习主动，愿意轮岗、轮班，并接受阶段性绩效与管理能力考核。 / Proactive learner, willing to rotate roles, work shifts and complete performance and management assessments.
