MEDICAL CLERK

Check and record vital signs of the patient

Maintain the comfort of the patients by moving them frequently

Address any concerns of the patient and raise the relevant concerns to the registered nurse or nursing supervisor

Report any observations to the nursing supervisor

Document any observations or comments made by the doctor on (EMR) electronic medical record system.

Assist patients with feeding

Assist patients with mobility problems with walking or moving.

Maintain a sterile work environment and adhere to safety and health standards.

Archive Clerks need to be efficient in typing

Qualifications/Requirements: With at least 6 months of clinical set-up work experience and currently working Graduate / Undergrad of any medical related course Currently residing in the Philippines Medical Background (preferably Nursing) Advanced knowledge of medical terminologies Proficient in MS Office Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
