Real Estate Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage estate operations, maintenance, and security services Supervise estate personnel and external vendors Handle tenant issues and ensure timely resolution Monitor facilities, infrastructure, and utilities Ensure compliance with estate rules and company policies Submit regular performance and incident reports

Requirements: HND or B.Sc. in Estate Management or related field (mandatory) Minimum of 3–5 years hands-on estate management experience Experience managing large or multi-unit residential estates is an advantage Strong people management and communication skills Good knowledge of facilities management and service coordination Ability to work with minimal supervision Must be based in or willing to relocate to Port Harcourt
