Oracle Financials Consultant

Location: San Luis Potosí, Mexico

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Advanced English (required).
• 5 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience implementing Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Experience configuring Oracle Financials modules.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial, and Mexican fiscal processes.

Position Objective

Lead and provide functional support throughout Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects, ensuring the proper configuration, migration, validation, and integration of financial modules while meeting business operational and Mexican fiscal requirements.

Main Responsibilities

Participate in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects.

Configure the following Oracle Financials modules:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CE)
• EBTax
• Subledger Accounting (SLA)

• Perform Fit-Gap analysis and design functional solutions.
• Coordinate data migration, cutover activities, and go-live support.
• Design and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.
• Validate Mexican fiscal localization requirements, including:
• CFDI 4.0
• Payment Complement
• Electronic Accounting
• DIOT
• VAT compliance
• Coordinate integrations with PAC providers, banking systems, and external platforms.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Follow up on incidents, validate solutions, and provide post-implementation support.
