Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure operational efficiency Manage and coordinate influencer partnerships to drive platform subscriber growth Supervise onboarding and customer support teams to ensure excellent service delivery Develop and implement operational systems and processes that improve productivity Monitor team performance and ensure operational targets are achieved Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives Analyse operational performance and recommend improvements Prepare regular reports and provide insights to management Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, business operations, project management, or a similar leadership role Proven experience managing teams and improving operational performance Strong leadership, organisational, and people management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience managing influencers, onboarding teams, or customer support teams is an added advantage Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills Ability to develop systems, improve processes, and drive accountability Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Must be based in Abuja.

Remuneration: NGN 180,000 (Performance-Based Growth)
