Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Planning & Design Specialist with 3+ years of experience in architecture, urban planning, or related fields to manage regulatory submissions, coordinate multi-disciplinary designs, and support renovation projects.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of Singapore building regulations to prepare and manage submissions and reviews with local building authorities
• Coordinate and integrate architectural, structural, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) designs to ensure cohesive project delivery
• Utilize AutoCAD and BIM (Revit) software to develop, review, and refine design plans for construction and renovation projects
• Support residential interior renovation and public facility renovation projects by integrating design requirements and ensuring compliance
• Communicate effectively in English to collaborate with stakeholders and document project progress

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience integrating residential interior renovation or public facility renovation designs
• Relevant architecture or renovation certifications that enhance design and regulatory expertise
• Proficiency in Chinese language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to support communication in relevant project contexts

工作內容:

1. 三年以上建築師事務所或建設公司相關產業經歷。
2. 熟悉新加坡建築法規,負責與建管申請審查作業。
3. 負責建築、結構、機電相關設計審查及整合規劃作業。
4. 具住宅室內裝修或公共設施裝修整合經驗者佳。
5. 熟悉Auto Cad與BIM-Revit軟體等操作。
6. 中/英文說聽讀寫能力佳,備有建築、裝修相關證照者佳。
