Tasks
Provide technical support to our dealers and service partners via phone and email Assist with troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for bicycles and e-bikes Handle service and warranty inquiries Document technical cases and solutions Work closely with Product Management, Quality Management, and Customer Service Support the creation of service information and training materials Contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and service processes
Profile
Completed vocational training as a Bicycle Mechatronics Technician, Bicycle Mechanic, or a comparable technical qualification Solid knowledge of bicycle and e-bike technology Strong customer service mindset and enjoyment in working with customers Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working Good German language skills; English skills are an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
