We're a friendly family clinic looking for a caring, reliable clinic assistant to join our small team. If you're patient with people, honest, careful in your work and keen to learn, we'd like to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Welcome patients and register them at the counter
- Manage the queue, appointments and phone calls
- Handle payments and simple billing
- Help with dispensing and labelling medicine under the doctor's guidance
- Keep the clinic clean, stocked and tidy
- Reply to patients on WhatsApp and email, and do simple Word and Excel tasks
What we're looking for
- A good working attitude and willingness to learn
- Kind, gentle and patient with elderly patients, children and anxious parents
- Honest and careful with details, money and medicine
- A team player who stays calm when it's busy
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email, WhatsApp)
- Able to speak with patients in Mandarin, Malay or a dialect is an advantage
