Commercial freight officer

Your tasks

1.Handle import and export quotations for Sea & Air Freight & land transportation (FCL /LCL /Air Freight) 2.Communicate with shipping lines, airlines, and suppliers to obtain competitive freight rates

1. Prepare and update quotation sheets, maintain pricing databases

4.Support the sales team by providing fast and accurate quotation solutions 5.Monitor market freight rate changes and conduct cost analysis and optimization

1. Assist with key account tenders and project quotations (Tender support)
2. Other manager assign task.

Requirements

1. Gender：Male/ Female
2. Age: above 25 years
3. Education Level: Bachelor's degree
4. Experience in freight forwarding / logistics industry preferred
5. Chinese language skills preferred (a plus)
6. Familiar with trade lanes and pricing structures (Southeast Asia / China / USA)
7. Proficient in English as a working language (email + basic communication)
8. Skilled in using Excel and quotation systems
9. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
10. Candidates with excellent Chinese proficiency but no logistics experience will also be considered, provided they are willing to work in the logistics industry.
