Content Specialist

Job Descriptions:

• Create and execute content based on brand campaigns and social media strategy.
• Develop weekly and monthly content plans, including content ideas, themes, and schedules.
• Produce and oversee content from concept to publishing.
• Track and analyze content performance and prepare regular reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on content performance.
• Stay updated with social media and beauty trends to develop relevant content ideas.
• Collaborate with the Content Creator and Marketing team to ensure smooth content production.
• Take the lead in content planning and production.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or related roles, preferably in beauty/skincare.
• Experience in content planning and performance reporting.
• Previous experience leading or coordinating a content team/project is preferred.
• Creative and able to develop engaging content ideas.
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, social media trends, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience in content creation and editing.
• Photography/videography skills are a plus.
• WFO in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
