GLAZIER – 2 POSITIONS- HANDYMAN MATTHEW LIMITED

is seeking two experienced Glaziers to work at Woodstream, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon, Republic of Ireland, and in the Dublin/Republic of Ireland area.

The successful candidates will measure, remove, prepare, fit and install windows, doors, glass and mirrors, including aluminium, timber/wood and uPVC/PVC windows and double- or triple-glazed units.

Duties include:

• removing and replacing existing windows and frames,
• preparing openings,
• fitting glass units,
• repairing and replacing damaged glass,
• applying sealants and adhesives,
• and carrying out minor plastering and making-good work where required.

The role involves travel to different job locations, and occasional overnight stays may be required depending on project location and duration.

Applicants must have:

• a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a Glazier or in a related occupation,
• practical experience in window and glass installation,
• good attention to detail,
• and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: €36,605 per annum (€18.05 per hour), based on 39 hours per week.
