We’re Hiring – Staff Finance, Accounting & Tax
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Staff Finance, Accounting & Tax to join our team. In this role, you will support our daily financial and accounting activities, including transactions, payments, invoicing, reconciliation, tax administration, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities : Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system. Prepare and verify vendor payment documents, reimbursements, and company operational expenses. Create and manage invoices and customer billing, including monitoring receivables and following up on outstanding payments. Perform regular bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other related ledgers. Assist with the monthly closing process and preparation of financial statements. Prepare monthly tax data and support tax-related administration, including Income Tax (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Final) and VAT (PPN). Assist in preparing and verifying tax invoices, withholding tax slips, and other tax documents. Maintain complete, accurate, and well-organized finance, accounting, and tax documentation. Assist in preparing financial data and supporting documents for audits, tax purposes, and management reporting. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure financial documents and transactions are complete and properly documented.
Requirements : Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) graduate, preferably from Accounting or Finance-related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Tax. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply. Good understanding of AP, AR, invoicing, reimbursements, bank reconciliation, and monthly closing processes. Basic knowledge of corporate taxation, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Final, and PPN. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Familiar with accounting software and comfortable working with Accurate or similar accounting systems. Having a Brevet A & B certification is a plus. Detail-oriented, organized, honest, responsible, and able to work with deadlines. Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the team. Able to maintain the confidentiality of financial data, tax information, payroll, and other company documents.
