FARM WORKER

Job Purpose The Farm Worker is responsible for performing various plantation and agricultural field activities to support the healthy growth, establishment, and productivity of oil palm trees. The position may be assigned to ablation, circle weeding, irrigation, field planting, fertilizer application, and other general plantation maintenance activities in accordance with established procedures, quality standards, safety requirements, and daily work targets.

Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications At least High School Graduate; elementary graduate may be considered depending on company requirements and actual job scope.
