Michael Ward Processing T/a Matildas Bakery requires 2 Bakers for full-time work in 1 Monaghan Street, Drummond Otra, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, A81 X066. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and baking a range of fresh products while ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, mix, and bake bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Follow standard recipes and production schedules.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment safely.
- Monitor product quality and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
- Assist with stock control and ingredient storage.
- Also; Work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Physical roles include lifting and standing.

Other Details:
- Minimum annual remuneration: €36,605
- Standard working week 39 hours.
- Training in English language skills and company operating procedures will be provided.
