Vehicle-Backed Lending Executive

Responsibilities:

Generate and convert leads for vehicle-backed lending products. Identify and onboard individuals and businesses seeking secured financing. Explain loan products, eligibility requirements, terms, and repayment structures to prospective clients. Conduct preliminary assessment of clients and their vehicles as collateral. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified loan prospects. Follow up consistently with prospects from initial contact through documentation and disbursement. Work closely with the Credit, Operations, and Recovery teams to ensure smooth processing of approved facilities. Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Meet and exceed assigned monthly loan disbursement and revenue targets. Monitor client accounts and promptly escalate potential repayment issues. Maintain accurate records of prospects, applications, approvals, and disbursements.

Requirements:

Minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in lending, financial services, sales, or business development. Experience in vehicle-backed lending, asset-backed financing, microfinance, or related lending products is highly preferred. Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills. Proven ability to generate leads and consistently meet sales targets. Good understanding of loan acquisition and basic credit processes. Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated. Must be willing to work fully on-site in Utako, Abuja.

Remuneration:: NGN 150,000 + Commission on disbursement
