Marketing Officer

• Manage and develop customer accounts within the container depot business.
• Promote and present the company's services to both existing and potential customers.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
• Coordinate with operations and related departments to ensure efficient customer service.
• Prepare marketing, sales, and performance reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines, Importers, and Exporters.
• Follow up on customer satisfaction and handle initial customer inquiries or issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Male or Female, aged 24–40 years. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. At least 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Customer Service. Experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics, or Container Depot businesses will be an advantage. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Responsible, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Good command of English will be an advantage.
