BIM Modeler (Structural) - Cairo

Gravity Engineering Consultancy is a Dubai-based structural engineering and permit consultancy. We're looking for a Structural BIM Modeler to join the team, working on real UAE projects from design through to submission

What you'll do

• Build and maintain structural Revit models for concrete and steel buildings (villas, warehouses, commercial and mixed-use)
• Produce general arrangement drawings, sections and details directly from the model
• Model reinforcement and prepare rebar detailing where required
• Coordinate the structural model with architectural and MEP models and resolve clashes
• Update models and drawings based on engineer comments and design revisions
• Keep files, families and templates organized to office standards

What we need

• Diploma or BSc in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 4+ years of structural BIM modeling experience
• Strong in Revit Structure, including families and drawing production
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Experience with clash detection in Navisworks
• Able to read and understand structural drawings and engineer mark-ups

Preferred

• Experience with UAE or GCC projects
• Tekla Structures for steel modeling
• Experience with Dynamo or other Revit automation tools
• Familiarity with BIM standards (ISO 19650) and LOD requirements

What we offer

• Salary: EGP 10,000 - 20,000 per month, based on experience
• Full-time, on-site at our Cairo office
