Drafting, reviewing, and performing legal analysis of various types of contracts

Preparing documents for the state registration of companies and amendments to corporate charters

Drafting and submitting formal inquiries and written applications to government authorities

Preparing legal complaints, claims, and lawsuits

At least 1 year of relevant professional experience

Proficiency in the Russian language

An active attorney's license (Bar admission)

Office located in the city center
