Planning Specialist

Prepare production schedules based on confirmed orders, delivery dates, production capacity, and machine availability .

Develop machine loading plans according to machine capabilities, capacity, and production priorities.

Coordinate with the Sales/Commercial team to confirm production feasibility and align delivery commitments with available capacity.

Follow up on production execution and promptly escalate delays, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints .

Re-plan production schedules when there are changes in orders, priorities, machine availability, or production conditions .

Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Procurement to ensure the availability of required resources for planned orders.

Prepare planning reports and monitor key indicators related to capacity utilization, plan adherence, and on-time delivery .

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering , or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Production Planning, preferably in the Textile or Manufacturing industry .

Hands-on experience in production scheduling, machine loading, and capacity planning .

Good understanding of textile production processes and workflow .

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .

Very Good command of MS Excel is a must .

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
