China Tour Consultant

Responsibilities:

Be a Team member of the Outbound/Inbound Department / Student Exchange Programme Department

Responsible for Group Tour Operations.

Handling of day to day operations, prepare quotations & operate tour arrangements.

Manage daily bookings, travel arrangements and other travel-related services.

Implementation of creative planning and designing of itineraries

Managing the reservations process for bookings in a manner which ensures guest budget is achieved

Handling of bookings from quote to finalizing, invoicing and travel documents

Consistent and clear communication with agents, sales teams, preferred supplier partners, institutions and colleagues.

Managing Adventure, Cultural and Student Educational Tours

Perform Overseas Tour Leading assignments

Requirements:

At least 1 year of relevant experience

Min GCE O “levels”, Certificate/Diploma in Tourism with relevant experience preferred

Bilingual in written & spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin in order to liaise with China Base Clientele

Knowledge of Sabre GDS System is an added advantage

Sales driven & able to work independently

Enthusiastic and motivated with strong communication skills
