BUILDING MAINTENANCE MAN

Preferably with relevant maintenance experience. Knowledgeable in basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical works. Ability to use basic hand and power tools. Physically fit and capable of performing various maintenance tasks. Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required. Responsible, hardworking, and reliable. TESDA certification or vocational training is an advantage.
