Operation Manager

Position: Operation Manager / Supervisor Location: Tuas Salary: $3500 - $5000 Working time: 9am - 6pm Working day: 5 days

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse and operational activities.
• Manage manpower, allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Customer Service and Delivery teams.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement and order fulfilment.
• Coordinate picking, packing and delivery schedules.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of chilled and frozen meat products.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety and workplace safety requirements.
• Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Prepare basic operational reports and update Management.
• Train and supervise operations staff.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in warehouse, logistics or operations.
• Experience in food / meat processing, cold storage or FMCG is an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage manpower and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible and able to work independently.
