Site Engineer

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project / Site Engineer to manage and supervise precast concrete and telecom infrastructure projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent site management skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Verify measurements and prepare work progress documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in civil/precast construction.
• Knowledge of precast concrete works is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is an advantage.
