Job description
We are looking for outstanding primary teachers to join our team at GEMS Wellington, Dubai Hills, from August 2027.

UK interviews – late October
Members of our leadership team will be in the UK in late October to meet and interview shortlisted candidates in person.
Requirements:
Hold a BEd or bachelor’s degree with PGCE, PGDE or equivalent
Have proven experience of teaching at primary level
Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning
Be committed to collaboration and the sharing of outstanding practice
Have a growth mindset and be reflective, resilient and solution-focused
Be creative, enthusiastic and passionate about inspiring young learners
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues and parents
Aspire to work in a world-class school with genuine opportunities for professional and career development
Be willing to make a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our co-curricular programme and community events
