The successful candidate will have:

A B.Ed or subject-related degree, together with a PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent teaching qualification

Proven experience teaching Business at secondary level, including IGCSE and A Level or equivalent

A strong track record of outstanding classroom practice and the ability to model and share this across the department

The ability to lead curriculum development, assessment, and data-informed improvement strategies

A clear commitment to raising achievement and standards across Business

A creative, enthusiastic, and student-centred approach both within and beyond the classroom

Excellent IT, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
