Primary Science Teacher

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated primary science teacher to join our team in August 2026. The successful candidate will deliver engaging science lessons that encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and hands-on learning.

Key responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality science lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.

Create an engaging and stimulating learning environment that promotes scientific exploration and inquiry.

Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into classroom instruction.

Qualifications & experience

Bachelor's degree in science (biology, chemistry, physics, general science).

Bachelor's degree in education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.

Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience in a primary school setting.

Experience teaching science at the primary level.

Skills

Strong subject knowledge and passion for science education.

Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Effective planning, organizational, and assessment abilities.

Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning tools.
