About the company Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a distinguished medical diagnostic company in Indonesia, recognised for its expertise in medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end business operations across Sales, Supply Chain, Service, Regulatory, and Commercial functions.
• Drive organisational growth through operational improvement and strategic execution.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and collaboration to achieve business objectives.
• Manage principal relationships and distributor partnerships effectively.
• Provide strategic leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management at the executive level.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement initiatives for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
• At least 7 years in managerial or senior leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of medical device distribution processes and operations.
• Proven track record in managing organisational growth and operational excellence.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
