Sales & Credit Control Clerk

Location: Thika, Kenya 

Reports to: Sales Manager

Salary Range KES 40,000 – 50,000 per month (commensurate with experience).

Key Responsibilities.

Achieve 100% payment collection targets as per the accounts team’s list.

Follow up on customer orders and payments daily.

Drive sales volume growth (reviewed quarterly).

Participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss customers, orders, and issues.

Monitor stock levels and book sales orders in the ERP system.

Conduct monthly field visits to customers and share reports.

Prepare monthly sales analysis reports.

Participate in stock take and reconciliation.

Process tenders and submit required documentation. Qualifications & Experience.

Diploma or Graduate, preferably in Sales and Marketing.

Knowledge in use of ERP systems.

Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, or B2B environments is ideal.

Familiarity with local geography and neighbouring counties. Personal Attributes.
