Provide friendly and professional customer service.

Handle cash transactions and use the POS system.

Keep the store organized and make sure products are available.

Stay updated on the latest video games and gaming trends.

Follow and update retail policies and procedures to ensure smooth store operations.

Passion for video games and knowledge of the gaming industry.

Good communication and customer service skills.

No prior experience is required – we welcome fresh graduates and students in their final years.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Commitment to following retail guidelines and contributing to their improvement.
