A well-established and highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Dorset is looking to appoint an Employment Partner to play a key role in the continued development and growth of its Employment team. With ambitious plans for the future and a supportive management team, this is an opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer to take a leading role within a growing practice while developing their own client relationships and profile. The Role: You will advise a broad range of clients across both employer and employee-side employment matters, including: Employment Tribunal claims Settlement agreements Redundancy and restructuring Wrongful and unfair dismissal Restrictive covenants TUPE General employment advisory work Business immigration, which would be advantageous

As a Partner, you will have the opportunity to: Take a leading role in the continued growth of the Employment practice Develop and maintain your own client relationships Lead and mentor members of the Employment team Handle complex and high-value employment matters Contribute to business development and the wider strategy of the firm Help shape the future direction of the Employment offering About You: Qualified Employment Solicitor with 8+ years’ PQE Strong technical experience across a broad range of employment law Experience advising both employers and employees Confident handling complex and contentious matters Strong client relationship and business development skills Commercially minded with a proactive approach Ambitious and keen to play a leading role in a growing practice What’s on Offer?
