DORMITORY CLEANER

Key Responsibilities 主要职责

• Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping ofworker dormitories, toilets, washrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across thefloor premises and surrounding operational areas.
• Sweep, mop, wash, and sanitize assigned areas toensure a safe and clean environment.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish inaccordance with company procedures.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report lowstockor damagedcleaning equipment.
• Assist with scheduled deep cleaning and generalhousekeepingactivities.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned bysupervisors ormanagement.
• Perform weekly cleaning and housekeeping of theoffice.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as required

• 负责指定区域的扫地、拖地、清洗及消毒工作，确保环境安全、整洁。
• 清空垃圾桶，并按照公司规定妥善处理垃圾。
• 补充清洁用品，并及时报告库存不足或损坏的清洁设备。
• 协助进行定期深度清洁及一般清洁工作。
• 负责每周办公室的清洁和整理工作。
• 完成主管或管理层安排的其他临时工作及任务。

Job Requirements 任职要求

• No formal education required; basic literacypreferred.
• Prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, orbuilding maintenancewill be an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manualcleaning duties, includingstanding and walking for long hours.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to workindependently withminimal supervision.
• Able to follow instructions and maintainconsistent cleaningstandards.
• 无需具备正式学历，具备基本读写能力者优先。
• 具备清洁、保洁、家政或建筑维护相关经验者优先。
• 身体健康，能够胜任体力清洁工作，包括长时间站立及走动。
• 工作认真负责、勤劳，能够在较少监督的情况下独立完成工作。
• 能够遵从工作指示，并持续保持良好的清洁标准。
