Qualifications/Requirements: At least 2 years of work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role Strong leadership, motivational and people skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant course Strong business awareness for achieving successful store performance Ability to cope under pressure in a fast-paced environment Well-groomed and pleasant personality Ability to work long hours, weekend, and holidays Positive attitude and mindset Eagerness to be successful Willing to be assigned in Ling Nam Restaurant - KCC Mall, Zamboanga City
