KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Handle the full set of accounts, covering accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, general ledger integrity, reconciliations, and journal review.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and within the closing calendar.
- Prepare complete financial statements – balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement and statement of changes in equity – in accordance with the applicable financial reporting standards.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages to management and to the relevant statutory authorities.
B. Treasury, Cash Flow & Banking
- Manage day-to-day cash flow monitoring and daily cash positioning, optimizing cash holdings and minimizing idle balances.
- Prepare short-term (monthly and annual) and longer-term liquidity forecasts, and escalate funding gaps or liquidity pressure points to the Head of Finance on a timely basis.
- Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure credit lines, treasury products and competitive pricing; administer short-term borrowing arrangements where required.
- Monitor foreign exchange and interest rate exposure arising from the company's transactions, and support the execution of approved hedging arrangements.
- Administer payment runs and banking mandates in line with the approved authority limits.
C. Audit, Tax, Compliance & Regulatory Reporting
- Act as the frontline liaison for external auditors –preparing supporting schedules, responding to queries and resolving findings through to clean and timely audit closure.
- Coordinate with tax agents and corporate secretarial advisors on corporate tax computation, GST returns, and statutory filings.
- Monitor compliance with financial covenants and loan agreements, and prepare the related reporting to lenders.
- Ensure that all regulatory submissions and statutory deadlines applicable to the company are met without exception.
D. Finance Systems, Policy & Internal Control
- Develop, document and enforce accounting policies, the chart of accounts and the closing timetable.
- Implement and administer the accounting/ERP system and related finance digital tools, and drive user adoption across the company.
- Strengthen internal controls over the accounting, payment and treasury cycle, and recommend process improvements that reduce manual effort and error rates.
- Identify process or system gaps and propose practical remediation to the Head of Finance.
E. Budgeting, Risk & Management Reporting
- Lead the annual budgeting exercise, working with department heads to gather inputs, forecast expenses and set financial targets.
- Perform monthly variance analysis against budget and forecast, explaining deviations with clear commercial insight.
- Prepare management reporting packages covering financial position, liquidity status, risk exposure and treasury activity for review by the Head of Finance and the Chief Financial Officer.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses, and support ad hoc finance-related projects as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS& REQUIREMENTS
Education& Professional Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent is strongly preferred.
Experience
- Minimum seven (7) years of progressive experience across accounting, audit and treasury, including at least three (3) years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Public accounting firm background (Big 4 or equivalent)is strongly preferred, providing credibility in auditor-facing and regulator-facing discussions.
- Proven track record in owning a full set of accounts end-to-end, from transaction processing through to audited financial statements.
- Hands-on treasury experience covering cash flow forecasting, banking relationship management, covenant monitoring and foreign exchange exposure.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Strong technical grounding in financial statement preparation under IFRS or equivalent reporting standards, together with a full command of the audit lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of corporate tax, GST and statutory filing requirements.
- Practical experience administering an accounting or ERP system and online banking platforms.
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting and variance analysis capability; advanced spreadsheet proficiency.

- Proficiency in understand documents in Bahasa Indonesia and translating them inti English ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and seniority levels.
