Recruitment - Virtual Assistant

About the Role: We’re ResuMatch, an Australian recruitment platform focused on the building services and trades sector. We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant specialized in recruitment to help us grow our candidate database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach to potential candidates (electricians, HVAC technicians, fire services workers, etc.)
- Encourage CVs uploads to the ResuMatch platform
- Conduct phone/video calls to onboard candidates and create accounts
- Build relationships with candidates to increase sign-ups
- Track outreach metrics and report progress
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented
- Comfortable using basic software and platforms
