What you'll be doing

🔹 Owning day-to-day operations and making sure every business function runs smoothly

🔹 Designing and improving processes, systems and performance standards that scale

🔹 Partnering with leadership to turn business goals into clear, actionable plans

🔹 Tracking performance, spotting bottlenecks early and fixing them fast

🔹 Keeping teams aligned while maintaining strong operational controls and service standards.

You're a great fit if you have

✅7 - 8 years of solid operations leadership experience in fintech, financial services or microfinance banking

✅ A track record of managing teams, processes and cross-functional operations

✅ A strong grasp of financial services operations, controls and the regulatory environment

✅ Sharp strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills

✅ A highly organised, hands-on approach and comfort in a fast-paced environment
