Sales/Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the company’s products and services while attending to customer enquiries. Manage customer communication across phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels. Support the company’s social media and promotional activities, including creating and sharing content. Handle any other task assigned.

Requirements:

A minimum of a School Leaving Certificate No experience required. Have good computer knowledge and be comfortable using Microsoft Word, internet applications and other basic office software. Be an active social media user with a good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and other social platforms. Knowledge or experience in digital marketing will be an added advantage. Have good communication and customer service skills. Be vibrant, confident and outspoken, with the ability to interact effectively with customers. Have a strong interest in sales and marketing and be able to promote the company's products and services. Be organised and capable of handling basic secretarial and administrative duties. Be responsible, punctual, teachable and willing to learn. Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
