Sales Representative

Sales & Business Development •Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the Thai food and beverage processing industry •Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities with OEMs, co-packers, and multinational food corporations. •Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation, technical presentations, and proposal development, to commercial negotiation and contract closing.

Technical & Marketing Support •Conduct product demonstrations to prospective clients •Attend international and domestic trade shows, industry conference, and networking events to promote the brand •Collaborate with the headquarter marketing team to create localized sales collateral relevant to Thai and Asian produce (eg coconut water, tropical fruit juices, etc.) Customer Relationship & Account Management •Maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with existing customers and build new customer in the Thai and Southeast Asia markets •Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting the food processing sector in the regions •Provide structured feedback to the Managing Director / Sales Director regarding local market needs, pricing strategies, and product feature requests •Proactively identify and penetrate new Asian markets beyond Thailand

Qualifications: Degree in Food Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or Business Administration with a strong technical background 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in capital equipment, heavy machinery, or processing lines, ideally within the food, beverage, dairy, or liquid processing industries Understanding of food processing parameter (flow, pressure, temperature, thermal vs non-thermal preservations) is a strong advantage Ability to read and interpret basic layout drawings to understand customer utility requirements Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite Professional fluency in English & Thai Willing to travel within Thailand and regionally to other Asian countries
