Production Assistant

Responsibilities:

Assist with cutting, sewing, finishing, and garment production activities. Interpret design specifications and production requirements. Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. Handle fabrics and materials efficiently to minimize waste. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets. Report production issues and support workflow improvements.

Requirements:

Minimum of an HND in Fashion Design, Garment Production, Textile Technology, or a related field (or relevant vocational training). 1–3 years' experience in garment production or a similar role. Good understanding of garment construction and production processes. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills.
