About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager – Construction to lead the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of premium real estate and construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a background as an Architect/Builder with strong structural and construction expertise, or a Civil Engineer with a keen appreciation for architectural design, aesthetics, and innovation. This role requires a strategic leader with proven experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, cost control, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery. Provide technical leadership to Project Engineers and Project Managers. Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Manage contracts, vendors, procurement, and project risks. Monitor project budgets, costs, and performance metrics. Liaise with regulatory authorities to secure approvals and ensure compliance. Drive Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) compliance across project sites. Prepare accurate project reports and provide regular management updates.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum of 6-8 years' experience in construction project management, preferably within the real estate sector. Proven track record of managing multiple projects from inception to completion. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, project controls, and regulatory requirements. Professional certifications and membership of relevant professional bodies are an added advantage.
