MANAGER

Job Description We are looking for an experienced and responsible Manager, manage site operations, coordinate with contractors and workers, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise daily construction site activities.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress.

Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.

Supervise workers and site supervisors to ensure productivity and quality.

Monitor project schedules, materials, manpower, and costs.

Ensure compliance with Singapore safety regulations and workplace safety requirements.

Identify and resolve site issues and construction delays.

Prepare progress reports and attend site meetings.

Ensure quality control and timely completion of projects.

Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5–7 years of relevant construction management experience.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, project coordination, and site management.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and safety requirements.

Experience working with main contractors, subcontractors, and consultants is an advantage.
