About the Role

We are looking for the following presales:

Microsoft Presales Engineer

ITSM Presales Engineer

Responsibilities

Partner with the Sales team to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate cybersecurity and IT solutions.

Design and present solution architectures, technical proposals, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs).

Prepare technical documentation, including solution designs, bill of materials (BOM), and RFP/RFQ responses.

Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, from solution qualification to customer presentations.

Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to deliver customer-focused solutions

Qualifications

Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related courses.

Required Skills

Experience in presales or technical sales roles.

Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in IT solutions, IT service management and cybersecurity.

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand, design, and present IT solutions based on customer requirements.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience or familiarity with enterprise Microsoft IT solutions, data engineering technologies, is an advantage.
