Leasing Manager

• Identify, pursue and secure new leasing opportunities across the company's retail properties to drive revenue growth and market expansion

• Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to maximise occupancy rates and achieve rental income targets

• Negotiate and close commercial leasing agreements with prospective tenants, ensuring favourable terms for the company

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants, property agents and industry partners

• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform leasing strategies and pricing decisions

• Lead and supervise the leasing team, providing coaching, mentoring and performance management to ensure targets are met

• Prepare leasing proposals, business plans and financial forecasts to support business development initiatives

• Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour and retail dynamics to identify emerging leasing opportunities

• Liaise with internal stakeholders including property management, marketing and finance teams to align leasing strategies with overall business objectives

• Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, tenant information and leasing performance metrics

Qualifications: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in retail property leasing, new business development or commercial real estate Proven track record of successfully securing new leasing contracts and exceeding occupancy and revenue targets Strong negotiation and closing skills with demonstrated ability to build long-term business relationships Excellent market knowledge and understanding of retail trends, tenant requirements and competitive landscape Proficiency in financial analysis, including ability to evaluate lease proposals and rental projections Leadership experience with demonstrated ability to manage, motivate and develop high-performing teams Strong communication skills in English and Thai (written and verbal) Exceptional organisational and project management capabilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or related field Experience in the Thai retail market is highly desirable
