Senior Engineer QA/QC

1.Support QMR in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS). 2.Cooperate with CB (JQA). 3.Plan inspector assignments to conduct part inspections in alignment with the production plan. 4.Ensure that all nonconformities are promptly investigated and that corrective and preventive actions are implemented. 5.Ensure that all measuring equipment is monitored, controlled, and calibrated. 6.Lead and manage the QC team. 7.Manage the development and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS). 8.Ensure that the company's Quality Management System (QMS) complies with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements. 9.Cooperate with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications: Age: 30–45 years Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field) 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC and Quality Management System (QMS) within the automotive industry Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Internal Auditor & IATF 16949 Internal Auditor Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (DWG) and GD&T Good understanding of quality inspection methods Knowledge of measuring equipment control and calibration Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Control Plan
