Sale Marketing (MEP Construction)

• Business Development & Market Expansion:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with property developers, project owners, architects, consultants, and general or sub-contractors.

• Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and target segments to achieve company sales targets.

• Drive product or service specification-in processes to ensure inclusion in project blueprints.

• Collaborate closely with internal MEP engineering teams to prepare accurate quotations, commercial proposals, and technical documentation.

Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Sanitary, Environmental, or related M&E fields) or Business Administration/Marketing (with a strong technical background). Experience : At least 3 years of experience in project sales, construction materials, MEP building systems, or B2B sales targeting contractors, developers, or industrial sectors. Male / Female Able to travel to other province own your car and have a driver's license. Good understanding basic of architectural drawings, technical specifications, and MEP systems for buildings or industrial plants. Ability to deliver basic of technical presentations and explain complex engineering solutions clearly to clients. Excellent negotiation, discussion and communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English (and Chainese or Japanese if applicable, with valid TOEIC/JLPT scores) is a strong advantage for dealing with multinational clients. Personal Attributes: Result-driven mindset, positive attitude, high motivation, and flexibility to travel for client meetings or site visits. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while providing basic consultancy and prompt problem-solving support. Prepare sales visit reports, weekly/monthly sales forecasts, and manage sales documentation throughout the project pipeline.
