Key Responsibilities

Develop, revise, and standardize SOPs to ensure efficiency and compliance with global quality standards

Lead the evaluation, sourcing, and procurement of dental materials, including vendor and global supplier management

Oversee the acquisition, utilization, and maintenance of production and digital equipment (CAD/CAM, 3D Printing, Intraoral Scanner, Face Scan, etc.) with a focus on ROI and operational excellence

Drive the Integrated Digital Workflow to support Digital Denture solutions across platforms and devices

Implement and enforce Total Quality Management (TQM) to ensure consistent standards nationwide

Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to execute key operational and transformation projects

Qualifications: 40 -50 years old Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dental Technology, Engineering, or Management Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in Dental Lab, Medical Device, or Healthcare Manufacturing Proven expertise in 4M, TQM, QA/QC, and Lean Process Improvement Strong knowledge of digital technologies including CAD/CAM, Digital Scanning, and 3D Printing Excellent communication in English (written and spoken) Strategic, analytical, and results-driven leader with cross-functional management skills
