Department Manager Business Development 3PL

Prepare departmental business plans and activity plans in alignment with the business unit’s objectives and strategic direction.

Establish, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department to ensure achievement of business goals.

Provide guidance and recommendations to subordinates on problem-solving, work improvement, and professional development.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth execution of departmental activities.

Develop and present proposals for process improvements, operational enhancements, and equipment development projects to management.

Prepare and submit performance reports to management, and participate in management meetings to present departmental results, achievements, and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications: Bachelor degree or higher majoring in Business Administrations, Marking, Logistics Branch or other field. At least 10 years experience in marking Logistics and bussiness Development field At least 5 years experience in the Section manager level. Able to calculate proposed costs and make presentation experience. Experienced in E-commerce logistics.
