QC Supervisor - CDC Wangnoi

1.Monitoring quality standards and adjusting improve performance 2.Reviewing data from compliance audits to ensure that all regulations are being met 3.Assist in conducting investigations to determine the causes of defects or other problems with products or processes 4.Maintaining documentation of quality control processes and results 5.Assist on training new employees on the company’s standards and policies regarding quality control procedures 6.Conducting regular inspections of manufacturing facilities to identify potential hazards or problems 7.Evaluating new technology applications to improve processes or products 8.Developing methods for measuring product quality and ensuring that it meets specifications 9.Assess production process issues and recommend improvements. 10.Supervise the selection, workflow, training and development of staff.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science or related field Experience of 3-5 years in Quality Control within food production/catering industry Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, testing procedures, and standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis. Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using relevant software tools. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborative and able to work effectively across departments.
