Production Manager (Blow Molding/Tube/Decoration)

Key Responsibilities หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ 1.Manage and control production process and production technic to meet target. บริหารจัดและควบคุมกระบวนการผลิต และเทคนิคการผลิต ให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย 2.Reduce scrap from the production process. ลดของเสียในกระบวนการผลิต 3.Supervise the maintenance and readiness of blow molding machines and coordinate with maintenance teams when needed ดูแลเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์การผลิต 4.Ensure that all finished products meet the quality standards and resolve quality issues. ควบคุมคุณภาพสินค้า 5.Enforce safety standards and promote safety awareness among employees. ดูแลความปลอดภัยในพื้นที่การผลิต 6.Monitor production costs, reduce waste, and implement continuous improvement practices (Kaizen, Lean) ควบคุมต้นทุนและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพ

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related fields วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง At least 5 years of experience in Blow molding or Tube Extrusion or Decoration มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Blow Molding หรือ Tube Extrusion หรืองานตกแต่งบรรจุภัณฑ์ Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills ภาวะผู้นำและการบริหารทีม มีทักษะในการเป็นผู้นำ บริหารทีม และการแก้ปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ Good knowledge of machines มีความรู้ด้านเทคนิคและคุณภาพ Proficient in Microsoft Excel ทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ สามารถใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Excel, ได้ Excellent communication and interdepartmental coordination skills การสื่อสารและการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี และสามารถประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ได้ดี Have experience in quality systems such as ISO, GMP, HACCP มีประสบการณ์ด้านระบบคุณภาพ เช่น ISO, GMP, HACCP
